My husband and I are recent transplants to Georgia and had not had the chance to shop for a dentist when the unthinkable happened: my husband ‘s molar broke off. We hit the internet to find a dentist that was close by and might be able to see him immediately. By some stroke of good fortune we contacted the Mucciolli dental practice and he was able to get in the next day. His experience was so positive that I set up a hygiene appointment and dental review for myself. The office is high tech with every possible comfort one could ask for. But more importantly, the people in the office - the dental assistants, hygienists, and the dentists - are highly skilled, care about their patients and make a visit that most people dread into something actually enjoyable! We have found our life-long dental practice and are patting ourselves on the back for finding them!!

So grateful to have found Dr Randy Muccioli! I had 2 bad crowns that he replaced and a filling. I also have my teeth cleaned at Muccioli Dental (never had my mouth feel so clean). I was referred to doctor Randy by an oral surgeon. At first I thought my dentist was great until I decided to get a second opinion and that's when I realized what a huge mistake I would have made if I would have continued to see my regular dentist. My smile is very important and perfection is what I expect. My experience with Doctor Randy, was like no other. The office staff is friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. Dr. Randy is honest, direct and will go out of his way to make you feel like you're the only patient he has. I was able to ask a lot of questions and even after I left the office, I called a few times. Lori, the office manager followed up and answered every question with a smile. I am so happy with the work that I will never go back to a general dentist for cosmetic dentistry and neither should you. Chances are, your dentist will probably charge you similar fees but the quality of work and experience will not be Five Stars. Do your self a favor, call doctor Randy for a second opinion. You owe it to yourself! You too deserve a Perfect Smile!!!

The hygienists are also great. The office manager is the best ever; always courteous and responsive. They have televisions overhead to distract during procedures. The office is space is nicely decorated and always spotless. Let's be honest, it's still a trip to the dentist but I don't dread it anymore...

Always a very friendly and professional experience all the way from booking the appointment to check out.

I have had my teeth cleaned a few times and it has been a very seamless and painless experience each time.

I also had two wisdom teeth removed and dr. Randy did an absolutely fantastic job keeping me calm, assured and feeling confident, particularly because I asked him not to sedate me during the process, and I was awake through the whole thing, at my request.

Just had my teeth cleaned today and it was nice to see Laurie at the front desk who is always very personable. The dental hygenist Ryan did a great job and was very efficient.

Let me first start by saying I suffer from a serious fear of any type of dental work: checkups, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, etc. My dental fear was a primary reason for me not going to the dentist, I was long overdue for a cleaning and checkup, I kept delaying it because of my fear. I needed to find a dentist close to my new home. My boyfriend's mother suggested Muccioli Dental (she recently started going) so I sucked it up and made an appt: dental cleaning and X-rays (I had cavities, yikes!! so my fear was at a level 10). The staff was so friendly and completely sympathized with my fear and helped me feel comfortable and safe. They're so friendly. I loved that. Dr Randy was so good about talking me through everything, very gentle and kept checking on me. Bedside manner is awesome. I've never had this kind of amazing experience at the dentist. I've had follow up appts and my anxiety is nothing like it normally is when I have to go to the dentist. Muccioli Dental is the best dental experience anywhere and this is coming from someone who is deathly afraid of dentists. This is the place to go: everyone from the front office staff, assistants and especially the dentists are patient, friendly and very kind. Best dentists in Atlanta. Needing a full mouth reconstruction after years of wear and tear, braces, acid reflux and just bad teeth, I visited several prosthodontists in metro Atlanta and ended up selecting Muccioli Dental. Dr. Randy and Dr. Lydia are top notch in their fields and it was evident by my first visit that this was a first class operation. The customer experiences starts with Laurie the minute you walk in the door. She is so friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with. After a couple of preliminary visits and discussions, I just finished Phase I of my treatment plan and that involved 2 full days in the chair as their only patient of the day. With the assistance of Lisa, Brianna and Mika at Dr. Randy's side the experience was wonderful.....well as wonderful as it can be with your mouth open for 8 hours!!! Always tending to every detail (including bringing in lunch for me each day) and explaining every procedure as it happened kept me informed throughout the procedure which is what I loved about Dr. Randy and his staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Muccioli Dental for all your dental needs from simple cleanings to full mouth reconstructions and everything in between.

This is, by far, the best dental clinic I've been to. And I have been to a few.
The facility is well equipped and the environment very pleasant.
As you enter the clinic, Laurie will make you feel like family, which is a great way to start.
And when I look for a medical professional, I look for nice, caring, friendly people, who won't patronize me, as well as professional & knowledgable ones.
Dentists also need to be creative & gentle.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I phoned the office, after receiving a text reminder for an appointment I had to postphone due to conflict of work schedule & although I was calm, the receptionist seem to be agitated for some unknown reason. I remained calm and continue to state my reason for calling and almost as if she was acting for an audience, she began to speak to me as if I were being rude to her. After our interaction, I hung up the phone and thought to myself, wow what just happened? I called back to let her know how uncomfortable my conversation with her made me feel, based on that I honestly did not know if I wanted to return to the office in light of the fact that I was not even upset with her and her statements to me did not even match the tone of our conversation we hung up and shortly after that I received a phone call from Dr. Muccioli, he was rude, short, unkind and would not let me speak. He mispronounced my name several times as if on purpose even after I corrected him, and said he didn't care if I came back.-- ""Finally,"" I thought, we agree. I will not return.
Facts: Mrs. Muccioli... exceptional at what she does even with this situation, I have to be honest an say in ALL fairness she is one of the BEST!

I'm your typical guy that hates going to the dentist. My wife told me to see Dr. Lydia and get the nitrous oxide if I needed. I spent two separate appointments getting a crown prepared and adjusted. My experience could not have gone better. Let me reiterate, I'm deathly afraid of dental visits. By my second appointment Dr. Lydia had me so comfortable that I no longer needed the nitrous oxide even when the doctor was making that terrible drilling noise. I recommend anyone who has kids or dental phobia. Thank you Dr. Lydia for helping me no longer dread visits to the dentist.

P.S.
I left my Oakley sunglasses at the office after my first visit. Dr. Randy stayed an hour late the next day to allow me to meet him because he knew I was coming from so far away. Great people, great business.

This practice is wonderful! I called with an emergency situation on a day they were closed and Laurie contacted me to see what was wrong, verify my insurance information, and made me feel comfortable knowing that I was going to be seen the next day by the dentist.

Walking in, the atmosphere is very inviting and made me feel comfortable. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen, which is such a rare thing anymore.

I met with Lydia Muccioli for my consultation and from the beginning, she was very pleasant and thorough. After all of my X-rays and exams were done, Lydia was extremely informative and made me leave feeling comfortable with the plan we discussed and I didn't at any point feel like I was being taken advantage of for my money.

I will recommend this practice to anyone. I haven't had too many pleasant dental experiences until now and I trust them to do the work I need done and to be honest and comforting during the entire process.

This is the complete package!

After searching for over five years I have finally found a practice that I am comfortable with. I have spent my time in the chair not only for scheduled preventative procedures but, for more than my share of fillings and crowns. I am going to be 59 years old and have never liked my teeth or smile because they never looked right and had become so worn I almost could not bite into my food. Dr. Randy has completely reconstructed my upper teeth allowing me to smile as I never have before.

Dr. Randy and Dr. Lydia have created a practice that is demonstrating the use of the cutting edge technology of today, and the confidence of their expertize in their respective fields. The complete package that they have put together amazed me, for example, Dr. Randy has his own lab in the office. He also spends a lot of time explaining, in great detail, each step that he is doing or will do so that there are no surprises.

Last but not least they have assembled a competent office staff that cannot make you feel any more comfortable!

Lets face it no one likes going to the dentist but being in a nice environment with friendly staff and a great dentist take more than half your fears away.
